After calling dch -i "description-of-change", and before calling fakeroot dpkg-buildpackage, clean up (or delete) debian/files, lest the .debs generated by previous builds are included in the .changes. If they are, reprepro will complain about .deb not present. (Unless you upload these again as well.)
